All our bags are handcrafted and primarily hand-dyed, please do not wash with hot water or strong detergent or in washing machine. We suggest hand washing in cold water with mild detergent.

For leather part on the bag, please use specific leather cleaner to clean.

Shipment from Thailand to overseas are airmail, once it departed from Thailand it will take a short while until it reached the next continent. Thus the tracking number will be paused ( not moving it seems) and it will resume to move again when it arrives to a new country!

We ship out all of our order within 24 hours after we receive the payment. Due to covid19 and shortfall of USPS funding in 2020, USPS has given notice about package scanning might experience delay. Some packages might not be scanned until the time it is delivered. So there is a possibility that some tracking numbers are not moving at all even after USPS accepts and possesses it.
